He counsels clients with respect to a wide range of issues relating to wills and trusts, estate planning, asset protection, long-term care benefits eligibility, probate and trust administration, charitable planned giving, business formation and business succession planning.

Jay lives in the Forest Hills area of Nashville with his wife Alexis and their four children, Abigail, James, Wallace and Graves, and works in the Brentwood, Tennessee offices of Fidelis Law, PLLC.
